3. If the person can not collect its sample by coughing, he or she should use methods such as inhaling water vapor or spraying with diluted salt water.
4. Be careful not to sample the mouth water, the mouth water is clear and watery, but the phlegm is adhesion.
5- The minimum amount of sample should be as much as a teaspoon.
6. Put the sample in a special container and keep it at a refrigerated temperature and send it to the laboratory as soon as possible. Excessive sampling of sputum outside the laboratory affects the test.
7. Use a disposable gloves at all stages of sampling.
