Vaginal Sampling
1- Avoid sampling during the menstrual period and even during menstruation.
2. Do not have a delay in menstruation (in this case, a written presentation of a negative pregnancy test is required by the patient).
3- it should be done 3 days after intercourse.
4- it should be done 4 days after last using of vaginal creams.
5- It has been at least three hours since the last urination (observance of this requirement is mandatory for single women and children).
